Reschedule
- Open the appointment and choose Reschedule.
- Pick the new slot — availability rules apply exactly like a new booking.
- Save. The original time is freed immediately for other patients.
Cancel
- Open the appointment and choose Cancel.
- Select a cancellation reason — reasons feed your reports so you can spot patterns.
Patients with reminders enabled are notified of the change automatically.
