Check-in
When a patient arrives, open the appointment and mark it Checked in. The patient joins the live queue (Queue in the sidebar) with a number.
Calling patients
The doctor (or reception) calls the next patient from the queue screen. The public queue display — if enabled — shows the current number in the waiting area.
Order and exceptions
- The queue follows check-in order by default.
- Urgent cases can be moved up by an authorized user.
- No-shows can be skipped and recalled later without losing their place history.
