- The screen shows the numbers currently being served per doctor or room and updates live — no refresh needed.
What patients see
Only queue numbers and the called room — no names and no medical details, so privacy is preserved in the waiting area.
Tip
Patients who checked in can also follow their own position from the link sent to them, which keeps the front desk free of status questions.
