Record vital signs in the pre-assessment

Last updated June 14, 2026

When it happens

After check-in and before the consultation, the nurse or assistant opens the visit and fills the Pre-assessment tab.

What to record

  • Blood pressure (systolic/diastolic in one field)
  • Weight, height — BMI is calculated automatically
  • Temperature, pulse, and any specialty-specific fields configured for your clinic

Out-of-range hints

Values outside the normal range are highlighted immediately so the team notices before the doctor starts.
