Attach
- Open the patient file (or the visit) and go to the attachments section.
- Drag and drop the file or browse — images and PDF are supported, and each file gets a category (lab result, radiology, report...).
Preview
Click any attachment to preview it in a window inside the system — PDFs and images open inline, with a download button when you need a copy. Nothing forces you to leave the patient context.
Good habits
- Attach to the visit when the document belongs to a specific encounter — it shows in the visit history forever.
- Name files clearly before uploading; future-you will search for them.
