Add to the waitlist
- Open Waitlist from the sidebar and add the patient with the requested doctor or service and their preferred times.
- Set the priority so urgent cases float to the top.
Convert to a booking
When a slot opens (a cancellation, a new schedule), open the waitlist entry and convert it into an appointment in one step — the patient gets the slot before it goes to anyone else.
Why it matters
Every entry on the waitlist is revenue you almost lost. The waitlist reports show how much demand you converted versus expired.
