Checklist
- Right address? Use your clinic address ending in /dashboard, not the marketing site.
- Caps Lock? Passwords are case-sensitive.
- Forgot password? Use the reset link on the login page — the email arrives within a minute.
- Account locked? After several failed attempts the account locks temporarily. Wait a few minutes or ask your clinic admin to unlock it.
- Old open tab? If the app was open for days, refresh the page fully before signing in.
Still stuck? Contact support from the website with your clinic name — never share your password.
