I can not log in — a quick checklist

Checklist

  1. Right address? Use your clinic address ending in /dashboard, not the marketing site.
  2. Caps Lock? Passwords are case-sensitive.
  3. Forgot password? Use the reset link on the login page — the email arrives within a minute.
  4. Account locked? After several failed attempts the account locks temporarily. Wait a few minutes or ask your clinic admin to unlock it.
  5. Old open tab? If the app was open for days, refresh the page fully before signing in.

Still stuck? Contact support from the website with your clinic name — never share your password.
